Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription or service purchase within 7 days of the transaction date if you have not used the services (such as contacting other users or accessing premium features).

To initiate cancellation, please email us at support@meranikah.com with your full name, user ID, mobile number, and reason for cancellation.

Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only for eligible cancellations made within 7 days of purchase. No refunds will be granted once services have been used.

Refunds will be processed within 15 business days after your cancellation request is approved. Refunds will be credited via the original payment method (e.g., UPI, bank transfer, Razorpay).

Non-Refundable Services

The following are non-refundable:

  • Services consumed or used partially or fully
  • Promotional or discounted packages
  • Manual profile promotion fees or one-time verifications
